Metra Surveying were hired to produce floorplan survey drawings for the purposes of Gross Internal Area (GIA) and Net Internal Area (NIA) calculations across eight levels in this central Mayfair property. These types of surveys are assembled according to the RICS Code of measuring practice and may be used for valuation, management, conveyancing, planning, taxation, sales, letting, or acquisition purposes. Through the use of laser scanning, our engineers were able to capture over 6,000 square metres of indoor space in a matter of days with minimal disruption to the occupants. The result was a highly accurate survey with results our client could trust.
